Come and stay a while among the antiques of your grandparents time: quilts, crocks, hand-stitched verses, chamber pots and porch rockers.

Swing on the front porch while enjoying afternoon tea. Savor breakfast on the back porch while listening to the morning call of the birds.

We offer five antique-filled rooms, each with private bath. Features include fireplaces, claw foot bathtubs, full or twin beds, and handicap accessibility. All rooms are accented with European lace curtains.

Reservations are required and a deposit on accommodations of 2 or more nights is required. A two night minimum stay is required during special events. Check in is between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Later check in is available by prior arrangements. Check out by noon. Cash or check only, please!

In consideration for the comfort of others, we request no smoking inside and no children. We welcome well-behaved pets since there is a large dog in residence.

If you want to sample some of the activities that bring folks from all over the world to Central Florida, your choices are many:

• DeLeon Springs is famous for its State Park, offering river cruises, swimming, canoeing, hiking trails, picnicking and a museum.
• DeLand, only five miles away, has a thriving downtown area with antique and gift shops, art galleries, bookstores, museums, restaurants and is the home of Stetson University.
• History comes alive at the Pioneer Settlement for the Creative Arts, only four miles north on Highway 17.
• For fun in the sun, visit Flagler, Ormond or Daytona Beach each about 40 minutes away or go wildlife watching at a national wildlife preservation area just minutes away.
